Full disclosure: We fly almost exclusively with Southwest (unless there's a good reason not to) and have always had good experiences, so this was a bit of a shock.
On our way back from Reno, our flight was delayed for three and a half hours. After waiting all that time in the airport, they decided to cancel the flight. Needless to say, we were not pleased.We had to "sleep" at the airport (I could not with my horrible cough and lack of oxygen) until our next flight at 6am. It. Was. Hell.
To say my health deteriorated quickly would be the understatement of the year.
