I first met Amy at Sundance a million years ago while she was promoting one of her early films, Junebug, in which she excelled (of course).
She was such a sweetheart and I'm pretty sure gave her email out to my friend. That's how friendly she was back then. In the last few years, she's been kinda stand-offish, so it was nice to see her embrace her friendly side again. Always a huge fan of her work.
