Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day greetings going out to anyone who is a mother to anyone who is a mother - whether it be to a child or a furry friend. 

For those unable to have a child, my heart goes out to you (and me!)...I know how strong that desire can be and how hard this day can sometimes be.

My own mother has been my biggest cheerleader, a dear friend, and a great example to me. Recently several of my friends have lost their mothers unexpectedly and this will be their first Mother's Day without them. As my heart breaks for them, I'm reminded how fortunate I am to have such a wonderful mother.

Last year we had the privilege of spending my birthday and then Mother's Day together. It was really spectacular time. I love you, Mom! Wish we were together today. Happy Mother's Day!
