Our good friends Steve and Tonya have been visiting from Texas and we were able to grab some dinner with them on Saturday night over in Venice.

as well as the beautiful canals.
Sammy loved all the sights and smells.

We had dinner at a pet-friendly place where we could bring our own wine
(which was a delight).
My entree was super spicy, but I somehow made it work.
