Coachella Fashion?

While we were in Santa Monica the other day, we stumbled upon a store that sold the most bizarre items. 

Case in point: they had a pair of teeny, tiny jean shorts that cost ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. There wasn't even enough fabric to justify that cost! WTF?!? I couldn't tell if these dresses were made for I Dream of Jeannie fans or Coachella concert-goers. Maybe both?
