One of our very favorite places in the world to eat is Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill in Cambria, CA. Specifically, we love their brunch (and even more specifically, the Eggs Benedict). It's out of this world and we seriously can't praise it enough (as anyone who knows us is aware).
As the brunch is only served on Sundays from 9am-3pm, we don't often get to partake in its wonder. So, when we found out we'd be in San Francisco for the weekend, we pretty much booked our trip around ending up at Moonstone Beach on the way home for brunch. Initially we were coming back on Saturday night, but stayed an extra day so that we'd make it there.
Flash forward to Sunday morning and we were loving being with our friends Dawn and William so much that we almost didn't make it. And by almost, I mean, we drove in there with 15 minutes to spare before brunch ended. It was a stressful drive to say the least and on more than one occasion I thought for sure we wouldn't make it. This was Keith's "I'm so happy we made it" face.

Still, none of that mattered once we were seated on the outside balcony enjoying the amazing view of the ocean as well as this magnificent meal.
After brunch, we headed over to Moonstone Beach itself.
Such a gorgeous place! So happy to have made it!
