Thanksgiving Fun

We had a great Thanksgiving hanging out in Ventura with my dad and sister's family.
Check out the beautiful flowers my dad gave us! So pretty.
On our way into the yummy buffet....
Erin, Phoenix, and Max...
The whole fam dam.
Dad and his girls (with a photobomb by Phoenix).
 Three girlies.
Me and my sister.
Baby Z!
My oldest and youngest nephews.
Uncle Keith and Baby Z.
He looks so warm and snuggly!

Pinky's Fandance - David Fierro

So, I saw David Fierro at a movie premiere and kept trying to figure out where I'd seen him before. He looked like one of those characters that are behind a computer and quirky. I was resisting getting a picture until I figured it out, but finally at the end, I just asked him for one.
At that point, he said, "Oh, do you watch The Knick?" I don't, but Keith does. Turns out the reason I recognized him was that he'd just been on The Blacklist as a computer hacker guy who gets killed by Red. I knew I recognized him!

Holiday Cards Done? Check.

As I've mentioned on numerous occasions, I LOVE holiday cards. I always like to get mine out right before Thanksgiving so that it's the first card people receive.
Sadly, although we thought we were mailing out all our cards, I found a whole separate pile hidden on the couch when we got home. Boo. So, if you're on our mailing list and haven't received your card yet, it should be coming any day.
Cheese!
How cute is this man? Oh, just as a reminder, he adds new product to his site every day! www.keithcooganonline.com - check it out!

Celebrity Wrap Up - Wednesday Edition

Hello and welcome to Wednesday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Is she trying to be a flasher? Egads.
Ooof. Hottie alert.
I think he used to be a hottie, right? A long, long time ago....
Leave it to Ed to make anyone he's standing next to look a lot more attractive...
Yum. Boo on his behavior with the nanny, but he's still pretty to look at.

Pinky's Fandance - Grey Damon

I'd met Grey Damon for the first time a million years ago at Sundance. He was a cool guy, but wasn't very well known.
Since then, I've seen him in a million things (most recently, the show Aquarius on NBC), and he's always great. I loved the outfit he was wearing in this pic - so dapper!

The Danish Girl

From the moment I saw the first trailer for this movie, I was transfixed and couldn't wait to see the film. In fact, we attended the actual premiere and I was more excited about seeing the movie than the stars (who are ridiculously hard to even see at a premiere for some reason).
Now, I'm not sure if it's because I had such high expectations, but I have to admit it, I didn't love it. Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful film and Eddie Redmayne is amazing in it.
I mean, WOW. Eddie is just incredible. No surprise there. Especially in this scene near the beginning of the film - you can just see on his face every emotion. Every hope. Every secret wish.
I also loved his co-star, Alicia Vikander, who played his wife. I thought she was lovely.
But, overall, I found it underwhelming. Yes, it was interesting and left me wanting to learn more about the real person it was based on, but I wasn't moved it in the way I expected to be. I thought I'd be sobbing on the floor by the end, but I was only glad the too-long movie was done. Is that bad? I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong. I have friends who LOVED it, but Keith had the same experience I did. We both left just....MEH about it all. Eddie, though, was outstanding. Bring on the awards.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Tuesday Edition

Hello and welcome to Tuesday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Is she aware we can view her nether region?
The color of this dress is lovely.
Sheer material does NOT equal a skirt. I repeat. Sheer material is NOT a skirt.
Seems a bit casual for a big premiere, but what do I know?
Oh, no. Go home and change.

Hello Kitty Flashback

This picture came up as one of my Facebook Memories the other day from like four years ago and I loved it.
Why am I not wearing that hat 24/7? I could be a crazy hat lady.

Pinky's Fandance - Camilla Belle

Camilla Belle is lovely. I'd met her several years ago, but hadn't seen in for awhile. She grew up overnight!
She was really cool and I loved her dress.
