During our travels, both Keith and I became obsessed with the book The Martian. It's so captivating and hard to put down. By the time the movie was released last week, we were more than ready to see the book come to life onscreen.
I'm happy to report that we were not disappointed in the slightest. It was great! I loved seeing everything I'd imagined as I read the book. They even put it into the order Keith predicted as we read it
(he's a genius!).
Matt Damon did an amazing job as Mark Watney, an astronaut stranded on Mars. He brought so many emotions into the role and kept you rooting for him the entire time.
As a bonus, they were passing these out at the theater we attended. Score! If you get a chance, check out this film. It's awesome!
