Pinky's Fandance - James Worthy

James Worthy played for the Los Angeles Lakers and was the special guest in Keith's play last weekend. It was actually really funny - they're supposed to "randomly" pull someone out of the audience at one point (obviously, a plant) and then introduce them to play Detective Brown. Well, no one told James that he was supposed to say his actual name, so when they asked him, he said, "Detective Brown." Everyone on stage was great about playing it off like, "Oh, wow. You have the same name. How convenient." It was really funny.

Before the show was over, he had to sneak out to attend another event, so I jumped up to get a picture with him in the lobby before he was done. Super nice guy! He was fretting over saying the wrong name, but I told him it was actually much funnier that way.
