Michael Harney is extraordinary on Orange is the New Black as the C.O. you love to hate.
In person, however, he was a total sweetheart. My friend Liane just tweeted him about seeing him at a store and tweeted back saying she should have said hi. What a nice guy! It inspired me to find our pic from earlier this year.
