After living in Utah for ten years, one gets accustomed to their quirky food. Case in point: Fry sauce.
Go into most restaurants and they'll have a version of it. This was what could be found at a hamburger place. This is what I made for my fries. It's mainly mayonnaise with a bit of ketchup thrown in (please note I actually hate ketchup, but in fry sauce I can tolerate it). Yum!
