Thank You, Outback!!!!

Holy cow!!! I'm SO impressed with the way Outback handled our less-than-perfect anniversary meal - I'm still speechless! On Saturday we received an overnight delivery envelope with an apology letter, some gift cards, and a check from the restaurant! Can you believe it?!? We were floored!

Obviously we had to use one of those gift cards right away and I'm happy to report that we had our usual perfect experience there. So happy for the excellent customer service - they were already my favorite restaurant, but now I'm even MORE impressed! Well done!
