We've been dying to see Maleficent ever since we saw a sneak peek at Disneyland back in April. Everything we saw onscreen was so magical, we couldn't wait to see the entire film.
As so often happens with these things, there's a tendency to think that we'd be disappointed with the actual film, but I'm happy to report that we totally and completed LOVED it.
I mean, who can resist Angelina Jolie looking like perfection?
Everything she did was perfect and I loved watching her onscreen.
I especially loved when her real-life daughter was onscreen with her. It was the cutest thing ever.
The fairies were so much fun - they had a "Three Stooges" quality about them.
We laughed, we cried, and we left the theater in awe of what we'd just watched.
Isn't that what you want to happen when you go to the movies? I highly recommend this film!
