Sephora Love

I love Sephora. It's my new favorite place. Sorry, Bath & Body Works, you've been replaced!
For my birthday, they gave me this adorable little beauty set. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thanks, Sephora! See you soon.

Pinky's Fandance - Mary McCormack

Another bonus celebrity we saw at the Tim Minchin show last night was Mary McCormack. I've been a huge fan of hers forever, so I was super stoked!
Although she's been on SO many things that I love, I really enjoyed her work on Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star (don't judge me). She was the sweetest! I think we could totally be besties.

Strange Foreshadowing US Magazine...

US Weekly was doing a spread on the covers featuring Brad Pitt. When I was looking through them, I noticed a few odd things...
First of all, Brad and Jen got married around the same time as Billy Bob and Angelina?!!? And they shared a cover?!?!
Second of all, that wasn't even the first time the dueling couples shared the spotlight...here they are sharing a cover yet again!
Finally, while there is no sign of Angie on this one, I did find it amusing that NONE of the couples shown here are still together today. Just making an observation....

Celebrity Wrap Up - Monday Edition

Hello and welcome to Monday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Nice of her to show up in her bedhead. Egads. Maybe try a little harder next time, m'kay?
She. Looks. Adorbs.
MC Hammer pants should never be made in leather. That is all.
Why is she wearing MJ's gloves? Plus, he only wore one. She's doing in wrong.
Nice bathing suit. Go home and change.

Bob's Big Boy May Be Stalking Me

Before our big night out at Tim Minchin, we headed over to Bob's Big Boy for a yummy dinner. I mean, really, you can never go wrong with Bob's Big Boy.
Of course we had to get the obligatory picture outside.
This was hanging on the wall by our table. I'm not going to lie: It kinda creeped me out. How is he going to "take care" of me?
We noticed he was photobombing us in our selfie. What the heck, Bob?
When I posted the picture on Twitter, he favorited it! What? Bob's stalking me on Twitter?!?!
If that wasn't bad enough, he liked my picture on Instagram! I can't shake this guy! When I get home from work today, do you think he'll be waiting for me? LOL.

Pinky's Fandance - Alessandro Nivola

There's nothing more fun to me than seeing a surprise celebrity when we're just off doing our thing. This week we've been lucky to see several different people when we've been out (I guess that's just what happens in LA, right?). Yesterday we saw Alessandro Nivola at the Tim Minchin concert.
I'd met Alessandro at Sundance long ago and knew he was super nice, but I was happy to learn that not only was he just as cool, but he recommended other people in his group that we should be getting pictures with! He's the sweetest. I love our group shot together.

Tim Minchin: Musical Genius

Up until last year, I didn't really know much about Tim Minchin, other than he guest starred on Californication as a total rock and roller and was really great and funny on the show.
Then Keith introduced me to a few of his songs and they made me laugh. Knowing he's a huge fan, when I saw tickets available for Tim's show last night, I just had to surprise Keith with them.
Since I didn't really know what to expect, I was just hoping that Tim would be funny enough to entertain us and that I wouldn't be bored.
Man oh man, I totally underestimated what a comedy genius this guy is. I mean, WOW. From the first song on we were completely and totally mesmerized.
Tim was funny, irreverent, sarcastic, crass, intelligent, and real. Although it was in a theater venue, it somehow still managed to feel like an intimate setting.
When he's not telling hysterical stories or beat boxing on the microphone, Tim spends the rest of the show displaying his off-the-charts musical talent on the piano. This man is incredible and if I could I would follow him around the world just watching his sets. That's how amazing he is. Nicely done, Tim. Bravo! Just wish we already lived closer and could've waited around after to try to meet him...maybe next time. :)

Celebrity Wrap Up - Sunday Edition

Hello and welcome to Sunday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Train wreck, party of one...
Yikes. Now there's a look.
This seems like an odd cluster of women to me.
When did Brad join the mob?
Well, it's after Memorial Day. I guess white is appropriate (although why would anyone ever need to wear that much?!?!).

Rent This: That Awkward Moment

I'm not too proud to admit that I had ZERO desire to see this movie. The name alone should deter most people with a brain (let's face it: the title is less-than-stellar). That Awkward Moment? Yikes.
Still, it was at Redbox for only a dollar and it was a long weekend....so, why not?
I ended up being super stoked that I rented it because I totally LOVED it! In fact, I ended up buying it so I can watch it again. The dialogue was hysterical and this girl was a great romantic lead for Zac.
Plus, any movie featuring this face isn't going to be bad. Well, it could be bad, but at least he's pretty. Seriously, this is a really fun "bromance" movie that had me laughing the entire time (as well as having some serious and tender parts). Check it out if you get a chance! :)

Pinky's Fandance - Joe Manganiello

It's always a good day when ones gets to gaze upon the handsome and dapper Joe Manganiello and over the past few months I've been lucky enough to see him a few times.
The first was at Sundance where I could barely get his super tall self into my selfie...
And the next time was at the Stuart House benefit where he was looking particularly smoking hot. See how blurry the picture is? THAT'S why I don't let other people take my pictures. And, scene.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Saturday Edition

Hello and welcome to Saturday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Um, did someone forget her shirt?
Love how sweet and "regal" this looks - perfect for her big LA premiere!
How come the new Nicki Minaj always looks so dour? At least when she was dressing whacko she was smiling.
Pink lipstick with that bright red dress? That was a BOLD move. Considering she did three premieres in different countries on the same day, she was probably sleep deprived and grabbed the wrong tube of lipstick (at least I'm hoping that's what happened).
Why is there newspaper on the bottom of her dress? Seems odd.
