Man, do they have new programmers over at NBC, or are they just tired of losing to the other networks lately? Because I've gotta say, they are really stepping up their game. First it was About A Boy and now I'm totally falling in love with Growing Up Fisher.
Growing Up Fisher is about a family going through a divorce where the mom is trying to find herself and the dad is, well, blind. It's narrated by Jason Bateman and so far just about every episode has tugged on my heartstrings in some way.
The little boy is adorable and the characters are really quite unique - even though you'd think they'd be cliche. I love their interactions and the little boy's best friend is hysterical. It airs on Tuesdays
(I think with About A Boy, actually, even though I caught up with both of them online). If you get a chance, check it out!
