Pinky's Fandance - Ethan Hawke (finally!!!!)

It's no secret that my love for Ethan Hawke is deep and true. In fact, my heart was ripped open last year when he didn't come to Sundance for the final installment of the "Before Sunrise" trilogy (which are some of my all-time favorite films), because I've wanted to meet him since my sister and I saw my very first Sundance movie in 1995 (which was the initial one, Before Sunrise). 

Despite trying again and again to meet him at various premieres and appearances (and even the airport once - don't judge me), I'd never even been able to lay eyes on him until this weekend. After my heartbreak last year I didn't want to get my hopes up - and initially that was smart, for he completely rejected us at his premiere on Sunday night (and I was left sobbing uncontrollably in the parking lot - again, please don't judge me. I couldn't help it). Thankfully, the next morning was a different day and Ethan took pity on my pink soul and took a picture with me. Overall it was a lovely experience with him (although my fellow collectors didn't have such great stories....) and Keith even got it on film. Hooray! Now two out of my Top Three were achieved within the past few weeks. Success!
