In an effort to familiarize myself with more (read: all) of my husband's movies, I've been trying to find DVDs online to add to our collection. He's got a lot of them on VHS, but, obviously, we also need them on DVD. Once we have a place to decorate, I'm planning to frame all his movie posters. Fun fun fun!
First stop? Book of Love - his "'50s movie" as he calls it. This was a fun little coming-of-age story and, per usual, Keith was adorable. Next we have the romantic comedy, Cousins, where Keith played Ted Danson's son.
I love this shot of Keith with Lloyd Bridges. The only thing the film lacked was more Keith Coogan (OK, I *might* be biased).
Next up? Life 101 starring Corey Haim and Ami Dolenz. Sadly, I've been unable to find this on DVD, but you can watch the entire movie for free on YouTube. Keith is AWESOME in this, although his wardrobe, is, well, comical to say the least. As a free-spirited '60s hippie-type in college, he wears some interesting outfits. There he is on the cover next to Corey in the center with the shaggy do. You can hardly recognize him! I LOVED this movie. It's so sweet and fun. Plus, Keith dances!
Downhill Willie just came in the mail the other day and it looks hysterical. I definitely need to get caught up on Keith's "ski movie."
While I was able to find this on DVD, I haven't been able to watch it yet. Keith's "Africa movie" is on our list of things to do.Also on the list? Re-watching the Disney classic The Fox and the Hound, as I don't remember anything about it from when I was little. Of course everyone tells me how sad it is (which is why I'm putting off seeing it again).
I just love how they brought in Keith to base the character on his face - you can totally see him! Look at that smile! Love it!
My husband is so talented. I'm so proud of him and everything he's done. It's a treat for me to be able to walk down memory lane with him and hear all the "behind-the-scene" stories. Love this man!
