Oriental Trading Company FAIL

A few weeks back I placed a big order with Oriental Trading Company for some ribbon wands, mints, stickers and personalized gifts. Yesterday I received this order with disastrous results. Um, what the heck, Oriental Trading Company? Do you not have a quality check before things leave your factory? EVERY item I had personalized was a tragedy and has to be redone. That is shoddy work!

If you look closely, you can see the frayed string on top and the shoddy iron-on patch work going on.

The K in particular is especially craptacular. I'm the worst iron on person in the world and I could've done a better job at that.

These are the flashlights for the ring bearers (James get a cool football - as it wasn't personalized, they didn't screw that one up). They couldn't do any of them right!

Do they not know how to dry? To apply? What's the problem here?

If their personalization looks SO freaking awful, why offer it at all? I just don't understand.
