Lest you think I'm being accosted by a homeless man on the street, let me assure you that this was, in fact, Peter Sarsgaard. He's just hidden by all that facial hair.
The funniest part about seeing him in this, um, way, was that we only recognized him because he was walking with Adam Brody and Amanda Seyfried - both co-stars in Lovelace
(the movie they were promoting at Sundance). After we got our pictures, his rep held him back from the group saying no one would recognize him on his own
(she was right). Peter, of course, is always super nice. I love him.
