Even if you regularly watch Downton Abbey, it's always hard to spot characters in "real life." In the case of Laura Carmichael, who plays poor Lady Edith on the amazing show, it was almost impossible.
In person, she's quite lovely and not all bitter and full of hate as her character can be
(especially in the first season). Laura was the featured cast member at the
Downton Abbey event the other night and I was so thrilled to meet her.
