When Austin Butler first started appearing on ads for The Carrie Diaries, my dad swore he was Chord Overstreet. Every time he came onscreen we'd have a debate as to whether or not it was Chord. Sure, the features are similar, but he's not quite as dreamy as my Chord (and he seems to be a lot taller) - but, I could be biased. Still, both are definitely hot.
Now, I've caught enough episodes of
The Carrie Diaries to find Austin even more attractive the more I see him. And I love his role on the show. But overall I'm just confused by everything about the show - who are these people who are supposedly Carrie's family? As they're never mentioned on
Sex and the City, I'm just left shaking my head. Austin is my favorite part about it, so I was thrilled to run into him randomly at The Grove the other day as he was shopping with his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens (who wouldn't pose for pictures because "she'd just gotten a facial." In reality she just wasn't wearing make-up, but whatever. I'll live). Austin was super cool and hot! *slurp*
