Sick Tooth

I have a bad tooth. Like, something is seriously wrong with it and has been for awhile. If it's not a cavity, it used to be - or at least it used to have some sort of sealant or something on top of it. One day it just fell off and my tooth has been an open mess ever since.

Of course this is the worst time ever not to have insurance. Even if I wanted to get it fixed, where would I go? Can some dentist please just take pity on me and help?

I fear that this is going to escalate very quickly and before I know it, I'll be laid out in pain. Boo!
