Although I'd been looking to a relaxing weekend where I was able to sleep in, finish all my craft projects, and get my Christmas presents mailed, I'm afraid that wasn't the case. You see, an email was sent out yesterday revealing that the cast of Silver Linings Playbook (headlined by the one and only Bradley Cooper) would be attending a Q&A after a screening at noon on Saturday. Blurgh. How could I resist coming to see Bradley?
I mean, he's like kryptonite; I couldn't stay away.
Unfortunately, right before the Q&A was scheduled to begin, the announcer said that Bradley's motorcycle had broken down and he'd be unable to attend. Um, what now? Why couldn't someone go and pick him up? That's the part I didn't understand. I mean, I would have happily picked him up from wherever he was. I'm a giver like that. Supposedly he's going to schedule a private Q&A for later this week with anyone who's interested, but who knows. I think the whole thing seemed a bit fishy.
