OK, I'll admit it: When This Means War was advertised (to death, it seemed, especially in LA), I had absolutely no interest in seeing it. Despite the hot casting, it just looked silly. And not the good kind of silly, or the romantic silly, it just looked dumb.
Boy, was I wrong. Last night I rented it from Redbox (because I can throw $1.29 at a film, even if it's terrible), and I was pleasantly surprised. It was fun. It was interesting. And it had great lines!Of course the best part of the movie was the casting - Chris Pine has never looked hotter; Reese Witherspoon was gloriously lit up the entire film and looked amazeballs; and it was the first time I'd ever heard Tom Hardy speak with that accent (can you say *swoon*???). I loved it so much I might even buy it and watch it over and over. Check it out if you get a chance!
