As you know I'm a huge fan of Grey's Anatomy, so it should come as no surprise that I love Private Practice, as well. Paul Adelstein, who plays "Coop" on the show, was one of the few cast members I hadn't met yet, so when he tweeted about his band, Doris, playing at a local bar, I jumped at the chance.
After the show, Paul came out and met with those of us who'd bought the CD. He was so cool and told me the story about his band being called Doris
(after his mom) and where his fellow cast members were
(out of town, since they just got picked up for another season and they were going on vacation before they had to be back to work). I'm so glad I finally had a chance to meet him! Love his work, love his voice, and now I even love his band.
