Today the strangest thing happened - I was recognized. That's right, little ol' me, Pinky Lovejoy, was recognized by one of my readers (!). Actually, it's not the first time this has happened - as it actually happened last week - but it was funny the way it all went down.
See, Sammy and I were walking to the Hollywood Show and noticed a big line. As we got close, I saw someone call out, "Pinky and Sammy! I saved you a spot!" Turns out, it was a super cute reader who said she recognized us from the site. How cool is that?!?! First of all, THANK YOU! Second of all, so fun to meet her! Finally, WOW! Thanks again!
The other funny thing that happened was that this Superman guy was lingering at the Hollywood show. At one point he was telling me to hold Sammy on my back with his arms on my shoulders "like me." I think that meant like Superman....which begs the question...does he think he's actually Superman?!!? WTF.
