Tone Down the Service, Wells Fargo

Don't get me wrong - I'm all about customer service. I love when you call someplace and the person on the phone is super nice and helpful. That makes my day. But, as we've talked about before, I hate going to the bank. Especially my bank, which has gone customer service crazy, which I appreciate TO A POINT. But, really, they're on some sort of customer service crack which is just TOO MUCH. Plus, I'd much rather have all the greeters stand BEHIND the glass and actually help me than ask me how my day is going five times while I stand there and wait. I HATE waiting in line when there are clearly enough people to help me. I was *thisclose* from suggesting they have more tellers instead of greeters, but I bit my tongue because I'm nice like that. :) Tone it down, Wells Fargo. You've got my business, OK. Just stop making it unbearable for me to visit your branch.
