I totally forgot to tell you this, but on Sunday morning I noticed a large group of people having a meeting in a circle at the beach. I thought perhaps it was some sort of church service, which seemed cool. I mean, who wouldn't want to go to church at the beach, right? When I asked a local about it, they said it was an NA meeting. Um, what? Let me get this straight - a group of Narcotics ANONYMOUS are sitting openly on a public beach and sharing their troubles? Am I missing something here?!!?
