My dad and I disagree about Hailee Steinfeld's descent because for some reason he believes she's the daughter of Jerry Seinfeld....yeah, I don't know. I'd actually heard less-than-stellar reports about her demeanor from Collector Land, so I was a bit leery about seeing her in person.
I'm happy to report that my information was either incorrect, or she was with her parents and had to be nice. Either way, she was completely lovely in person. I can't even imagine what it's like to be nominated for an Oscar at the ripe old age of 14. More power to her.
