...So Are The Days of our Lives

After barely surviving the Days of our Lives fan event with my sister, I wasn't sure I'd be up for another Days event (a book signing) so soon. Still, Kristian Alfonso (who plays Hope) was scheduled to appear, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to possibly get a picture with her. Isn't she amazing? You can see why her nickname on the show is "Fancy Face." Now I've got the pair - both Bo AND Hope. Color me stoked! Here I am modeling the book I had signed. I can't wait to peruse all the pictures. Not sure if I'll keep it or give it to my sister for Christmas....luckily she doesn't read my blog so the secret won't be ruined. :)The book store sign said additional cast members would be there and to my delight one of them was Melissa Reeves who plays Jennifer on the show and has long been our favorite character. During that stupid fan event she was the only person we wanted and we missed her line by two seconds. Frustrating! Tonight totally made up for it, though. She was the cutest thing on the planet. I told her about missing her line and she was more than happy to do a picture now (in fact, I think we took three because I kept shaking like a ninny). I wish my sister had been with me to get a picture, as well, but she had to work. I almost didn't make it, but I'm so glad I went!
