Luckily this story has a happy ending because years later I finally got my picture. Isn't it funny how one missed photo opp can be erased by just getting the picture? Fascinating. Katherine is incredibly nice - she signed a million things and took pictures with everyone. I loved her. Plus, it looks like we're besties. You know I love it when the pic comes out like that.

Pinky's Fandance - Katherine Heigl
Once upon a time I was on Main Street at Sundance and lo and behold Katherine Heigl walked by with her entourage. As Grey's Anatomy is my favorite show I quickly asked her for a picture, but her people told me she was in a hurry and she'd be back to do it. As I was naive back them (OK, still am) and believed her people, I waited and waited and waited in the spot they left me in. Sadly, Katherine never returned. :(
