Let Me Get This Straight....

So, I was watching the ending of Grease the other day for the millionth time (I know, I can't get enough), when I realized that the message of the entire movie is that in order to get the person you love, you need to change everything about yourself. Um, what? Really? All these years I thought my parents didn't want us to watch the movie because of the mooning scene...but perhaps there was more to it after all. :) Don't get me wrong, I still worship the movie and will watch it a thousand more times before I did, but I just found it interesting to look at the ending with that in mind. It's late. Perhaps I'm looney. It happens.
