Kick-Ass: Two Thumbs Up

I've been hearing good things about the movie Kick-Ass since it was released in April. Tonight all of my expectations were met when we finally rented the film. What a fun flick! Superheroes? Good. Nic Cage? Good. Love story? Good. All good things! In case you didn't know, Kick-Ass is about a regular high school kid who decides to become a superhero (and ends up befriending/inspiring a few others on the way). The little girl superhero, Hit Girl, is so badass she makes me want to be a purple-haired ass kicker, too. Check it out if you get a chance!
