Comcast = FAIL

If you can help it, don't EVER do any business with Comcast, as they've been nothing but one big headache for me. As if getting credit for the few weeks my service was down wasn't hard enough, today I found out that THEY'RE STILL BILLING ME for services, despite having my equipment back (and the fact that I now live in an entirely different state). Um, what? I must've talked to a billion people before today - all of them assuring me that my account was cancelled and closed - only to find out that, in fact, it wasn't. Surprise! The first guy I talked to even had the audacity to tell me that they'd be billing me through July because I didn't notify them of my move. Um, YES I DID. Multiple times. How is it my fault that no one recorded my calls or made note of them? I hate them. I never want to do business with them again.
