Oh, wait. This isn't Phoenix. This is Spenser when my sister and I decided to dress him up as a girl. Ooops. (Yes, we're evil - we used to dress up our baby brother as a girl, as well). 
I need to show this picture to Spenser, as he thinks I only give piggy back rides to the little kids and can't remember when I was his own personal amusement park.
Awww. Now, there's Miss Phoenix as a baby. I swear she was just born. How's she getting so old?
One day I showed up to babysit and my brother-in-law had styled Spenser's hair like this. He's hardcore, no?
Disneyland on Christmas Day. I don't recommend it. Not the happiest place on earth.
