It's been a good movie watching weekend. Last night I started it off by watching
The Burning Plain - which is an amazing movie with Charlize Theron and Kim Basinger with all these varying storylines that come together. It was really well done. I ended the evening with
Weather Girl, which was a super cute romantic comedy starring one of the "Mean Moms" from
The New Adventures of Old Christine. I really enjoyed them both. Today I went to see
Iron Man 2 with my friend Lu Lu Bell - we had some lunch, shopped for fabric (
she's going to make me a dress....which, of course, required yet another trip to the craft store), and saw the movie. I really liked it. I know there are some mixed reviews, but Robert Downey, Jr. was super fun to watch and they even managed to make Mickey Rourke look a little less freaky. Oh, and did I mention the robots fighting?!? Awesome. I want one of those suits.
My dad ended with a little shopping at the mall and I *may* have added a few more dresses to my collection. Hope you're having a fun weekend! :)
