These are McP's new shoes - aren't they cute? Apparently once she got the shoes on Saturday, she put them on and started walking to the front door. When McH asked her where she was going, McP said, "I'm going to show Pinky." Apparently I live in her hallway. McP then proceeded to knock on the door thinking that signal would somehow make me appear. Alas, no such luck, as I couldn't really hear that knock from the Pink Palace. :)
Last night I went to McFamily's house for dinner, laundry, and craft assistance, so I was able to see the boots. Little miss diva was kind enough to model them for me, as well as my shoes which she enjoyed wearing around. The over the shoulder pose was her own doing. Hello, diva.
The big craft project was this apron I made to go along with the cookbook I got N for his birthday (
we share a birthday - how cute is that?). I think it turned out pretty well for my first time doing anything iron-on (
special thanks to McFamily for their help).
The rest of the night was spent hanging out and trying to get McI to smile, as he was having a rough day. Not sure if the kisses above helped, but they certainly couldn't hurt, right?
