There's a girl we work with who just drastically and unfortunately cut off all her hair. We're not sure what to say, so I suggested the obvious insult-within-a-stupid-sentence, "Hey, you cut your hair." That way you acknowledge the haircut has taken place without lying about liking it. I should've stuck with that a few months ago when I told someone I liked her new hair color. I didn't. Now she's convinced it's awesome and keeps re-coloring it. Blech. That'll teach me to lie.

Hello, Captain Obvious
Actual thing said to me this week: "Hey, you're wearing make-up today. You look nice." Um, thank you? There's a girl we work with who just drastically and unfortunately cut off all her hair.
