I recently discovered butternut squash ravioli and let me just say...YUM! N and I go to this restaurant when I visit which serves the most amazing butternut squash ravioli with a cinnamon/butter sauce. It's like happiness melting in my mouth. Last night McB made it for Sunday dinner and used my cinnamon suggestion to make his own yummy sauce. It was perfect and tasted exactly like the restaurant near N's house. Somehow I need to learn how to make it myself. Oh, wait. I can't cook. Nevermind.

Butternut Squash is Magical
