Budget? What Budget?

I really need to get better at managing my finances. I'm a total disaster with money. Always have been. I wish I was better at it. I wish I didn't blow wads of cash on stupid fly-by-night whims (oh, wait. I would never! OK, maybe I would). It's hard because I'm single, footloose, and fancy free and don't have a mortgage or even a car payment anymore. You'd think I'd be flush, right? Wrong. I've got credit card debt up the wazoo and always seem to be floating from month to month. What's a spend-a-holic girl to do? I should go get some credit counseling or something. Good plan.
