Pinky's Fandance, Wednesday Edition

I first met Ben Foster in 2002 at my first Sundance event. He was little known and kinda shy and we talked for awhile at the party. I was going to try to get him tickets to some events, since he didn't have many hookups. He was sweet and innocent and I just wanted to take him under my wing.

Flash forward to a few years later and he's starring in the X-men movie as Angel. I don't know why, but I felt proud of him....especially how far he'd come. In the picture above, he was with his girlfriend at the time, Ellen Page, and I stupidly didn't ask her for a picture (darnit!).This year I saw him again, although now he's got more and more "people" and isn't as easily accessible. I'll have to find our first picture in 2002 so you can see the difference. He's still nice, but his people sure aren't. Ick. I was hating them.
