As a huge fan of The Office, I was stoked to see that John was coming to the Festival this year. In fact, getting a picture with him was my Festival Goal. I started to get nervous when there were no "John sightings" during the first few days, but I knew he'd be there somewhere. Luckily, I ran into someone who'd seen him go into a film I was attending, so I figured I could get him when he tried to sneak out during Q&A after the film. As luck would have it, I was right and he walked right out. Now, sadly, this was one of my less-than-graceful celebrity encounters. Not only was I not ready for him and completely tongue tied, but I had to fumble around in my purse for seemingly forever when I saw him to find my camera. Thankfully, he was incredibly nice and just waited until I found my camera. He was very unassuming and kind of just like you think he'd be (which is what I love). Hooray for nice celebs! :) Oh, and congrats John and Emily!

Pinky's Fandance, Sunday Edition
In honor John Krasinski becoming engaged to Emily Blunt, I thought it was the perfect time to discuss how our picture came to be.
As a huge fan of The Office, I was stoked to see that John was coming to the Festival this year. In fact, getting a picture with him was my Festival Goal.
