The first time I met Meredith Scott Lynn was in the lobby of the Eccles Theater while we were waiting to enter the movie. It was long before I had any courage about asking people for pictures and my friend Shawn and I were trying to pull the sleuth move of taking a picture of me near her without her seeing us. Yeah, classy.
Luckily, she interjected and we ended up talking and taking a picture together (sadly, I don't seem to have our first picture scanned into my computer for some reason, but I've seen her several times since). Meredith's been on a bunch of stuff - she played the lesbian on
Legally Blonde, and has been seen on
Desperate Housewives,
CSI, and
How I Met Your Mother. She is also one of the coolest people ever. Now whenever I see her, she yells out, "Pinky!" and then we try to get another picture. I love it! :)
