One of my favorite memories from my childhood was gathering around with my family and watching Star Search (which was the greatest thing ever in our opinion) every week. We were WAY into it- especially the year Sam Harris won. I'm pretty sure we even voted. We were obsessed. Of course, Star Search wouldn't have been the same without its fearless leader and announcer, Ed McMahon. Hearing of his passing this morning made me a little sad. R.I.P. Ed McMahon. Hopefully you and Johnny are putting on a killer Tonight Show in the sky. :)

R.I.P. Ed McMahon
