I ended up heading down to Cedar City for the weekend and enjoyed a birthday dinner with my dad. As is our tradition, after dinner we headed to 
the movies and saw X-men: Wolverine and then Star Trek. Both movies were really good (despite all the bad reviews I'd heard about X-Men). I've never been much of a Trekkie, but I really enjoyed the film. Check it out if you get a chance!
