Last night I had dinner at the Rio Grande cafe with the girls for Tracie's birthday. I'd never been to Rio Grande before and I have to say it was delicious! Seriously, I don't think I've ever had such a delightful cheese enchilada in my life. I'll definitely be back! It was nice to have a little outing and now I need to hunker down and get to cleaning (of course, I say this while still sitting on my bed playing on my computer). Wish me luck!

Off to the Rio Grande
Last night I had dinner at the Rio Grande cafe with the girls for Tracie's birthday. I'd never been to Rio Grande before and I have to say it was delicious!
