One would think that if you were, say, Jamie Kennedy, and you started dating Jennifer Love Hewitt (hypothetically, of course), you'd want to "step it up" a bit and look hot stuff....not go to the opposite extreme and look super scruffy like you just woke up. I'm just saying.
