The Facebook Profile Picture Dilemma

I'm never sure what picture to use for my Facebook profile picture. Right now I'm using the new black and white picture from work and hopefully next week I'll be using some super cute celeb pic from Sundance (John Krasinski anyone?), but who knows. How often do I need to update the picture? What is the protocol? These comics cracked me up because they're SO true! :)
