You Can Tell a lot About a Person by Their Stuff
I had an interesting conversation with my friend Betsey the other day at the shower. She was remarking how she never knew about my crafty ways (or just how many crafts supplies I had - seriously, I could probably open a supply store at this point) until she helped me move a few years ago. She was saying how interesting it is to see what's important to a person when you help them move because you can see what they hold dear. Apparently if I were to help Betsey, all I'd be moving is kitchen supplies. Boxes and boxes of kitchen serving trays, dishes, and gadgets. There was another girl at the shower who has 300 pairs of shoes (yikes!). Different strokes to different folks, right? How about you? What would I find out about you if I were to help you move? Inquiring minds want to know.
