I had to share these pictures from my sister-in-law's blog because babies crying on Santa's lap always make me laugh - especially when they're related to me. Apparently, Ava was fine with Santa at first and even shared some cute looks with him. 
But then, she must have realized he was not as sweet and jolly as he seemed because she was obviously terrified. Poor little thing!
